Privacy Policy
Comercii Inc. ("Comercii", "we", "us") operates Comercii Publisher at social.comercii.io, an invitation-only tool used to publish to the social accounts of brands Comercii owns or manages. This policy explains what data the tool handles. It covers this website and the tool; our main site's policy is at comercii.io/privacy.
What we collect
- Sign-in: the email address of each invited team member.
- Connected social accounts: for each account, the platform user id, display name, avatar URL, and the access and refresh tokens issued by the platform.
- Content: the videos, images and captions users upload.
- Scheduling data: what is scheduled, when, to which account, and the per-platform settings chosen.
- Basic server logs.
Why we use it
To let invited users sign in, show which social account is connected, and publish or schedule content that the user submits. Data received from TikTok and other platforms is used only to display the connected account and to publish content the user submits. It is not sold, not used for advertising, and not shared with third parties, other than the platform the user is publishing to.
Where it is stored
On servers operated by Comercii. Platform tokens are stored server-side and are never shown to other users.
Retention
We keep this data while the account or connection is in use. When a social account is disconnected in the tool, we stop using its tokens. Data is deleted on request (see below), subject to any legal obligation to keep records.
Disconnecting an account
Remove the channel in the tool. You can also revoke access in the platform's own settings. For TikTok: Settings and privacy, then Security & permissions, then Manage app permissions. TikTok's own policy is at tiktok.com/legal/privacy-policy.

This website
This informational site sets no cookies and loads no third-party scripts, fonts or trackers. Our hosting provider may keep ordinary server logs.
Changes
We may update this policy and will change the effective date above when we do.
